2. Restaurant AOC Their aim is to give you the ultimate sensory experience, through stimulating as many senses as possible – sight, smell, sound and taste. The cuisine is based on Nordic produce, and the focus of chef Søren Selin is on the pure taste. The restaurant offers four to seven course set menus, which are the best way to dive headfirst into the full experience.
"Restaurant of The Year" by Danish Dining Guide and "Best Wine Experience" by White Guide. Not a bad week!
Sunday night Restaurant AOC was awarded as “Restaurant of the Year” in Denmark by The Danish Dining Guide (Den Danske Spiseguide) amongst a strong group of fellow nominees. Noma, Copenhagen AOC, Copenhagen Kadeau, Copenhagen Frederiksminde, Præstø Molskroen, Ebeltoft Pasfall, Odense This is a great culmination to a good year. To be awarded this in such a strong field of restaurants makes us very happy. We wish to thank the entire team at and around AOC; chefs, waiters, dishwashers, sommeliers, managers, friends and suppliers. This prize is the result of a joint effort. And of course our many returning guests. We love to spoil you😘
